Do you charge fees to plan my trip?

You will receive a free quote for 3 options. The non-refundable planning fee is added once trip is confirmed. This covers time and resources used to begin planning your trip itinerary. The research will include agency partners for hotel/resort, flight, and transportation.

What is included with my trip proposal?

You’re provided with a quote including flight recommendations, private transfers, accommodations, private tours, excursions, local highlights and pricing.

How long does it take to plan my trip?

A quote will be delivered within 1 week. Once the trip is booked, a highly detailed day-by-day itinerary is prepared including additional recommended activities within 1 week. These additional activities are optional and are meant for reference.

How long do I have to review the proposal before I book my trip?

It is recommended to book your trip as soon as possible. Pricing and availability can change without notice. There is no hold on rooms or flights. If you decide to wait, your proposal could become unavailable.

Is my credit card information protected?

For data privacy, your credit card information will be deleted once the trip is completed.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. Payment plans are only available for trips that are between 30-45+ days away. You’ll be given a deposit amount and you’re able to make payments up until the final payment deadline.

Do I need Travel Insurance?

It is highly recommended to buy travel insurance to cover your trip. As the day of your departure approaches, unexpected travel problems can occur. Price quotes can be provided upon request.
