You will receive a free quote. The non-refundable planning fee is added once trip is confirmed. This covers time and resources used to begin planning your trip itinerary.

What is included with my trip proposal?
You’re provided with a quote including hotel/cruise recommendations, exclusive perks, excursions, and local highlights.
How long does it take to plan my trip?
A quote will be delivered within 3-4 days. Once the trip is booked, you’ll be provided a day-by-day recommended itinerary. These additional activities are optional and are meant for reference.
How long do I have to review the proposal before I book my trip?
It is recommended to book your trip as soon as possible. Pricing and availability can change without notice. There is no hold on rooms. If you decide to wait, your proposal could become unavailable.
Is my credit card information protected?
Yes. Your data will be stored using Stripe, a trusted payment services provider.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Payment plans are available dependent upon the hotel policies. If available, you’ll be given a deposit amount and you’re able to make payments up until the final payment deadline.
Do I need travel insurance?
It is highly recommended to buy travel insurance to cover your trip. As the day of your departure approaches, unexpected travel problems can occur. Price quotes can be provided upon request.
